MEET OUR FOUNDER
Mrs. Janice Okpanachi
Mrs. Janice Okpanachi is an experienced academic and school administrator with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry. She is skilled in e-learning, K–12 education, literacy, classroom management, and strategic planning, with strong operational and professional ethics. She is a graduate of the prestigious Dickinson State University, Prairie Bible College, and the State University of New York.
She is a radical evangelist and lover of God and His work. She is committed to raising godly children and generations after God’s heart.
She is the Executive Director at International Community School, Abuja, and also sits on the board as Superintendent at Christian Community School, Abuja.
OUR HISTORY
Christian Community School (CCS) is a private faith-based school founded to meet the needs of the Nigerian and international community in Abuja, particularly those who prefer the Nigerian (British-based) curriculum.
CCS is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).
OUR MISSION/VISION
The Mission of the Christian Community School, a faith-based Christian School, in partnership with the entire school community is to provide an environment where our students discover and achieve their optimum potential, acquire excellent social skills, develop a positive self-image learn to know Christ, and become godly leaders.
At CCS, our vision is to provide a Christ-centred education that equips students with the knowledge, skills, and character necessary to impact the world for the glory of God. We strive to cultivate a nurturing and inspiring environment where students can grow academically, spiritually, and socially, enabling them to become lifelong learners and servant leaders who make a positive difference in their communities.
